The original was an MKVII gas mask bag from WW2. You can get replicas of this bag from a company called What Price Glory. (Also an MKVI was used in some scenes of Temple of Doom.) Original bags can be found on ebay.

David Morgan made the original whip. His whips go for a pretty price.
Joe Strain is another good whip maker who apprenticed under Morgan.
Joe has made whips for movies such as The Mask of Zorro and Catwoman.
I would recommend just about any of the ones I on my main page though.
